We are committed to
developing the following skills that will benefit
you for the rest of your life:
At our brand new facility, students of all ages are learning how to
defend themselves and succeed in all areas of life. As students' skills
improve, their confidence grows, helping them to avoid negative peer
pressure and to set and achieve goals. Self-discipline is taught
through role-playing and positive reinforcement in each and every
class. Martial Arts teach respect for self and others, another trait that
is modeled and nurtured in our school. Improved focus is developed at
Maryland Martial Arts; our training methods help students display that
focus in the classroom and at home, as well. In addition to developing
mental and physical fitness, our goal is to encourage appropriate risk-
taking and to develop leaders.
We maintain close contact with our students' parents and teachers at
school, helping to ensure that they are exemplifying Black Belt
Excellence at all times. We care about our students; know each of
them by name, as well as their interests; and are committed to helping
them set and reach their goals.
